Any person experiencing COVID symptoms should stay home for their safety as well as the safety of all other attendees, faculty and staff. Symptoms include: fever, cough, runny nose, body aches/chills, fatigue, sore throat, nausea and vomiting.
Temperature checks will be done at the registration desk for any person entering the venue. Any person with a fever of 99.4 or higher will not be able to participate in the weekend events.
CDC guidelines require that any person with COVID isolate for 5 days, followed by wearing a mask for an additional 5 days.
Refunds will be given to any participant/studio if an event can not be held due to COVID. Refunds will be issued 10-14 days following the announcement of cancellation.
A credit will be issued (to original registration) for 12 months for any attendee unable to participate due to a positive COVID test within 10-14 days of the event.
