Kyle McHargh located in Los Angeles, is an innovator that brings a fresh perspective to contemporary dance. As a former Koresh Dance Company member and graduate from UARTS, Kyle has spent years devoted to the stage.
After working extensively with classical and contemporary choreographers such as Ronen Koresh, Alonzo King, Ohad Naharin, Paul Selwyn Norton, Zane Booker, and his studies of West African Dance he began creating a vocabulary that birthed his unique style.
Kyle is core faculty and a Creative Director for AMDA LA College and Conservatory. In 2018-2019 he joined Travis Greene as Creative Director for the “See The Light” Tour.
When Kyle’s not wearing his creative directing hat, he teaches at Millennium Dance Complex Los Angeles, IMMAbreathe and is the Artistic Director of The Body Dance Project, a contemporary-fusion based dance collective.
Kyle’s mission for dance is to give a stage to the unseen while continuing to bridge the gap between concert and commercial dance.
